World Book Day

For World Book Day, we were authors. We created our own books and became story tellers. We then made book marks so we can keep our place in our favourite stories. 

Exploring Charcoal

Last half term (Autumn 1), Year 3 explored charcoal. We looked at light and dark and explored shadows, drama and atmosphere. We learned about negative and positive shapes and learned to understand the word 'chiaroscuro'.
